ECM-98T & ECM-9800 Electronic Coin Mechanism
Rejects Non-valid coins
When the ECM’s are programmed for use in the USA, they will not accept any coins having:
- Any FERROUS CONTENT such as Canadian, Mexican or the vast majority of foreign coins.
- An OUTSIDE DIAMETER that differs from US coins by more than +- .010.
The acceptance limits and ferrous content sensing are set in software and can be modified to better meet the particular needs of the user.
